Lawyer Alexander Kochubayev Detained for Two Months
Lawyer Alexander Kochubayev has been detained for two months. The criminal court of Yerevan, presided over by Judge Masis Melkonyan, has granted the request for his detention. This was reported by lawyer Roman Yeritsyan.
The Investigative Committee had announced that during the preliminary investigation of the criminal case, public criminal prosecution has been initiated against Kochubayev under part 2 of Article 490 of the Criminal Code (publication of damaging information about a judge, prosecutor, or investigator, which harms the rights and legal interests of those individuals concerning their lawful service or professional activities).
Kochubayev was arrested the day before. Human rights defender Ruben Melikyan indicated that following a court session related to the case of the “18 Righteous,” masked individuals abducted lawyer Alexander Kochubayev, forcibly removing him from his car.
My support for the Holy Father. P.S. One of my senior colleagues says that used condoms are thrown in the trash at the end, consider this. P.S. And don’t dare say we are maintaining a home, I was also maintaining a home when the devil’s bandits came to power in 2018, I was also a soldier, and throwing these people away has been the hardest decision of my life, but a home can be maintained through honest labor, not by sucking salaries like you do. Priest Mkrtich will continue the service in the basement of the KGB, but you, as many boys as you were, remained that way. Those investigators, prosecutors, judges who sold their souls to the devil, your punishment will be heavenly; I pray to the Lord not to forgive you and that the punishment be paid through generations.
Notably, Kochubayev was arrested for a Facebook post.
