The Nagorno-Karabakh Conflict is Not Over; It Has Deepened, Says Seyran Ohanyan
The Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is not over; it has deepened. During a press briefing in the National Assembly of Armenia, Seyran Ohanyan, the leader of the 'Armenia' faction, spoke about the issue concerning Artsakh.
'Azerbaijan's criminal activities have exacerbated the conflict, and Azerbaijan must be held accountable for this,' he emphasized.
According to Ohanyan, Artsakh has been a factor, and today all its institutions must operate to preserve its subjectivity, including solutions regarding the fate of the people and conditions for their return.
'Negotiations in this regard have no alternative on any international platform,' Ohanyan noted.
What happened regarding Artsakh, according to him, is the responsibility of the authorities in Artsakh and Armenia, but primarily the Armenian authorities, who took on the responsibility for Artsakh from the very first day they assumed governance of the country, yet smoothly shifted that responsibility off their shoulders.
