The chairman of South Korea's Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Kim Seung-kyum, has stated that North Korea may have received technological assistance from Russia regarding the dismantling of a new intercontinental ballistic missile. These analyses come after North Korea showcased the 'Hwasong-20' during a parade, which it called the most powerful strategic weapon system. The new missile is distinguished from an earlier version, the 'Hwasong-19.'
