Tsarukyan Did Not Oppose the De-Montagings Trend for No Reason: 'Iravunk'

The matter is that the construction of the 'Kempinski' hotel, which is being built with a significant investment package near the Cinema Moscow, has also been halted at his initiative.

The 'Alen-Elen' establishment has filed a lawsuit against him, claiming that the construction of the hotel blocks their 'sun'. Notably, even those close to the authorities are facing issues with construction work; Kargin Hayko is causing significant problems regarding the construction works of 'Rosia Mall', reaching the point where 'divanbashun' has instructed to be maximally objective, and Kargin Hayko has indeed been very objective.'
