No Fire at Nubarashen Currently, But Hotspots Continue to Smolder: City Hall

Currently, there is no fire at the Nubarashen landfill, but hotspots continue to smolder. This information was provided by the Yerevan City Hall, which added that 20 units of equipment are working on-site at this time.

“Firefighting operations continued throughout the night. Given the large scale of the fire, soil is now being transported to the landfill by trucks to cover the smoldering hotspots and eliminate the smoke,” stated the Yerevan City Hall.
