Investigators Visiting the Supreme Judicial Council to Meet Jhangiryan Examine Criminal Cases of Goris and Kajaran Mayors

Investigators who visited the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) to meet with Gagik Jhangiryan are examining the criminal cases against the mayors of Goris and Kajaran.

“Lawyer Amram Makinyan has published the response received from the SJC, which proves media reports that Anna Vardapetyan, an assistant to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan who had instructed the investigator on the case involving Ruben Hayrapetyan’s son, visited Gagik Jhangiryan of the SJC several times, apparently also in relation to the cases involving opposition figures. In the SJC’s response, Mediaport noticed another important detail: on February 8 and 12, investigators Roman Sardaryan and Arsen Geghamyan, who are handling the criminal cases against the mayors of Goris and Kajaran, also met with Gagik Jhangiryan.
