Father of Slain Valodya Grigoryan Summoned by Investigative Committee

According to sources close to the law enforcement system, the Investigative Committee of Armenia has summoned Lyova Grigoryan, the father of slain Valodya Grigoryan and the head of the Parakar consolidated community, for questioning regarding his son’s murder case.

Although 14 days have passed since the incident, law enforcement agencies have only recently initiated questioning of the victim's family. According to an interview given by Valodya's mother, Marine Grigoryan, to the 'Zhoghovurd' newspaper, the victim's family is not convinced that the murder has been fully investigated. They argue that there are still many unanswered questions in the case and insist that law enforcement has yet to uncover the organizers and potential clients, whom the family believes have a direct connection to the crime.

Despite certain actions taken during the preliminary investigation, including the arrest of the alleged perpetrator and accomplice, the victim's family continues to stress that the investigation must be more comprehensive and targeted, focusing not only on the direct executors but also on uncovering any potential organizers and clients of the murder.
