We Trust Him: Krasnodar's General Director on Spirzian

In an international collective like Krasnodar, the manifestation of racism is simply impossible. This was stated by Krasnodar's General Director Vladimir Khashig in an interview with the "Championship" publication, commenting on the racism allegations against the club's captain, Eduard Spirzian.

"We have an international team with players from different countries, different religions, who speak various languages. Racism is just inconceivable in such an environment. Eduard has been with the club for almost 15 years, starting from the academy, and I know him very well as a person. That’s why Eduard was chosen as the captain at such a young age; he has the talent to unite completely different people and create an atmosphere of mutual respect. We trust him, both as a captain and as a person," said Vladimir Khashig.

Recall that during the 11th round of the RPL, in the match against Akhmat, Krasnodar midfielder Ibrahim Ndong was sent off in the 85th minute (2:0) for hitting Spirzian in the face. According to the Senegalese player, the Krasnodar captain told him, "Shut your mouth, black dirt."
