Eduard Spertsyan Could Face 10-Match Ban
The midfielder of the Armenian national team and FC Krasnodar, Eduard Spertsyan, may face a 10-match ban. This information was reported by ArmSport.am, citing Sport24.
According to the regulations of the Russian Football Union, "Actions aimed at inciting hatred or hostility by a player or club official, as well as the humiliation of the dignity of an individual or a group of individuals based on sex, race, nationality, language, origin, religious affiliation or belonging to any social group, carried out in public, including through mass media or information and telecommunications networks (including the internet), shall be punished by disqualification of the guilty player or club official for up to 10 matches and a fine, in accordance with point 44 of Appendix 1 of these regulations."
It should be recalled that earlier, an incident occurred between FC Krasnodar's midfielder Eduard Spertsyan and Akhmat defender Usman Ndong during the 11th round match between "Krasnodar" and "Akhmat" in the Russian Premier League (RPL).
