Trump Announces Over $200 Billion Revenue from Tariffs

U.S. President Donald Trump stated in an interview with One America News that the United States has already garnered over $200 billion in revenue from import tariffs. "The tariff rates are close to the target level, and the country is ultimately receiving unprecedented revenue from tariffs, which so far exceeds $200 billion... In the end, tariffs will amount to more than one trillion dollars annually," the President noted.

According to Trump, the tariffs have reduced the U.S. trade deficit by half in just a few months.
