MP Hovik Aghazaryan has stated: "On Impeachment

After the 'Honorary' and 'Armenia' alliance factions officially refused to initiate the process, Mr. Aslanyan and I proposed initiating impeachment and nominated Mr. Edmon Marukyan, the president of the 'Bright Armenia' party, as a candidate for Prime Minister.

Some time after our initiative, the 'Honorary' faction nevertheless proposed initiating impeachment and nominated Mr. Davit Hambardzumyan as a candidate for Prime Minister.

If it is a priority for our opposition partners to remove Nikol Pashinyan from power today, the most likely way to achieve that is to join our initiative. At the same time, we want to express our readiness to discuss any preconditions with our opposition partners, the consensus on which will alleviate all their concerns.
