Russia Currently Lacks Intent or Capacity for Military Attack on Any NATO Member State
The Deputy Secretary General of NATO, Mircea Geoană, stated during an appearance on Unirea FM radio that Russia is currently not planning to attack any of the alliance's member countries. This was reported by RIA Novosti.
"It is clear that Russia currently lacks both the intent and the capacity to carry out a military attack on any NATO member state, but against us, a comprehensive hybrid war has already been unleashed. There is currently an unprecedented combination of crises of complexity, technological, and social transformations," said Geoană.
