Second Arrest in Parakar Mayor Murder Case Provides Confession

Continuing the operational-investigative measures undertaken by the National Security Service regarding the murder that occurred in Mrazaavan, the identity of another member of the group suspected of committing the apparent murder has been discovered and revealed. This individual has been arrested and presented to the investigating authority.

The suspect has provided self-incriminating testimonies and pointed out the location of the firearm used in the crime. The investigator has also confiscated the firearm that served as the tool for the crime.

Criminal proceedings have been initiated against the person who committed the murder under Article 155, Part 1 of the Criminal Code (2 episodes) (murder), Article 44-155, Part 1 (attempted murder), and Article 335, Part 1 (illegal circulation of firearms, their essential components, ammunition, and other materials, devices, objects).
