Who and by what legal act allowed the deployment of 18-year-old soldiers of the Republic of Armenia beyond the internationally recognized territory of the Republic of Armenia after the adoption and ratification of the Alma-Ata Declaration? This was stated by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on his Telegram channel, noting, “This question should be answered and clarified; after all, is there going to be a debate or not?”
