Putin Makes Important Statement: The System of Russian-American Relations has Been Destroyed

The system of Russian-American relations has been destroyed in the field of arms control, stated Russian President Vladimir Putin during a meeting with permanent members of the Security Council.

“Step by step, the system of Soviet-American and Russian-American agreements regarding the control of nuclear missiles and strategic defensive weapons has been almost completely dismantled,” said Putin.

According to him, the foundations for dialogue between states possessing nuclear weapons have been significantly disrupted due to the destructive actions of the West.
