Latest Russian 'Leer-3' Complexes Arrive in Nagorno-Karabakh, According to the Russian Ministry of Defense

Recent reports indicate that the latest Russian radio-electronic warfare complexes, known as 'Leer-3', have arrived in the conflict zone of Nagorno-Karabakh. This information was provided to Izvestia by the Russian Ministry of Defense.

Each complex is equipped with drones capable of sending text, audio, and video messages to mobile phones. These UAVs will be used not for electronic countermeasures, but rather to disseminate information en masse to the local population during humanitarian operations. The 'Leer-3' has successfully handled similar tasks in Syria.

Furthermore, the 'Leer-3' can fly for hours while mimicking a mobile network tower. It operates even in areas with no radio coverage or where the signal is extremely weak.
