Netanyahu on Resuming Military Operations in Iran

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has announced the country's plans to achieve historic successes in the security sector over the course of the next year, as reported by the Prime Minister's Office.

"We are waging a battle in which we are defeating our enemies, and we must destroy the Iranian axis. This is within our capabilities. This is our goal for the coming year, which could be historic for Israel's security," said the Israeli Prime Minister.

According to the Prime Minister, Israel is determined to achieve victories on all fronts and is hopeful for peace in the region. "We will achieve all our military objectives not only in the Gaza Strip, not only finishing the destruction of Hamas and freeing our captives, but also in other areas to create opportunities for security, victory, and peace," he noted.

By the "Iranian axis," Israeli authorities refer to Iran and its allies in the Middle East, including radical Palestinian movements such as Hamas and Islamic Jihad, the Shiite group Hezbollah in Lebanon, the Houthi rebels known as Ansar Allah in Yemen, and pro-Iranian Shiite groups in Syria and Iraq.
