We Must Not Yield: Constitutional Changes in Armenia at Aliyev's Demand – Kristine Vardanyan

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has officially announced the formation of the 'Yes' campaign headquarters for the constitutional amendments demanded by Aliyev and will lead the campaign. This was stated by Kristine Vardanyan, a member of the 'Armenia' faction.

'The most important task of our entire opposition field (regardless of our personal feelings towards one another) is to form the 'No' front regarding Aliyev’s constitutional demands and to prevent the adoption of the Constitution in Armenia dictated by Aliyev,' she wrote.

Earlier, it was reported that after receiving the public's trust in the elections, the 'Civil Contract' party will initiate the process for adopting a new Constitution of the Republic of Armenia through a nationwide referendum.
