Israeli Forces Conduct Operation in Southern Syria
Israeli forces have infiltrated the Quneitra province in southern Syria and conducted an operation in the village of Es-Samdaniah. According to Syria TV, the military established a checkpoint near the entrance to the village and searched several civilian vehicles.
Earlier, on the evening of September 19, an Israeli convoy consisting of four armored vehicles entered the territory of the southern Deraa province, where operations were also carried out.
Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa stated that Damascus may sign a security agreement with Israel in the coming days, while emphasizing that this does not imply normalization of relations with the Jewish state or joining the “Abraham Accords.”
