Russia Has 5 Demands, We Will Not Compromise: Ryabkov

We have a total of five demands, and we absolutely cannot compromise on this issue. This was stated by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Ryabkov.

He added, “We will certainly not at any point sign, agree, or even be satisfied with the presence of any NATO forces on Ukrainian territory.”

“The entire goal of what we are doing in Ukraine is to ensure that at least some Russians, I would say most of these people, are in a better state, occupy a more appropriate position where they belong, namely in Russia.”
