Sweets Purchased at State Expense: Minister of Territorial Administration's Purchases

The Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Armenia has purchased sweets worth 54,673 drams from the Nor Zovq supermarket. This information comes from Pastinfo.am, which accessed the contract presented as a representative service.

According to the contract, the Ministry purchased various items including: confectionery "Zamoskvorechye Rot Front" for 2,004 drams, salted roasted pistachios for 8,996 drams, dessert "Velikiy Sankt Peterburg" for 1,140 drams, candy "Red Riding Hood" for 1,674 drams, halva "Rot Front" for 1,770 drams, candy "Orekhovich" with hazelnuts for 1,395 drams, candy "Orekhovich" with almonds for 1,808 drams, roasted Indian nuts for 7,192 drams, hazelnuts for 5,650 drams, almonds for 4,500 drams, instant coffee "Nescafe Gold Crema" for 18,480 drams, and one large polyethylene bag for 60 drams.

It is interesting to note that these expenses were covered by the state budget, and although the contract is presented as a representative service, they are essentially ordinary grocery purchases.
