Iran Executes Spy for Mossad

An execution sentence has been handed down in Iran for an individual convicted of collaborating with Israel's Mossad intelligence agency. According to the Iranian official news agency IRNA, Babek Shehbazi, identified as a Mossad spy, was executed after the ruling was upheld by the Supreme Court.

Shehbazi had reportedly cooperated in intelligence, espionage, and security operations with the Zionist regime and exchanged information regarding individuals associated with this regime. He worked in telecommunications and related companies designing and installing industrial refrigeration systems.

After meeting an agent named Ismail Fikri, he offered to sell information about senior government officials, their locations, and movements. In return, he demanded permanent residency status in the United States for himself and his family, as well as $120 million in cash or cryptocurrency.

According to reports, in February 2024, at the request of the Mossad employee, Shehbazi and Fikri transmitted intelligence data to the Israeli side via Skype. Subsequently, Shehbazi established contact with other Mossad operatives, including one using the alias Sami Benjamin Michael, and received training within the organization.
