I Suggest That She Takes a Sexually Transmitted Infection Test Every Day: MP to Taguhi Tovmasyan

I have observed during Taguhi Tovmasyan's briefing and made a remark suggesting she explain why she does not attend committee meetings or sessions of the National Assembly. In response, Ms. Tovmasyan wrote something quite inappropriate. This was stated by Arthur Hovhannisyan, the secretary of the "Civil Contract" faction during a conversation with reporters.

"Considering that Ms. Tovmasyan, exclusively working as a journalist, owns four houses, I suggest she clarify this. If she does not clarify, then I may have reasonable doubts about where Taguhi Tovmasyan got her four houses. If she dares to make such a vulgar suggestion to a woman, then I will also suggest that she takes a sexually transmitted infection test every day so we can understand where those four houses came from. I urge Ms. Tovmasyan not to cross the line of morality, to sit quietly in her place, and not to attempt to play with people's morality and reputations while being, in fact, immoral," he added.

He further mentioned that he used to be an oppositional journalist and that there had been attempts to frame him under the guise of drug-related charges, which did not succeed. Now, there are attempts to slander him: "It is primitive slander, and I will think about whether or not to file a lawsuit against Ms. Tovmasyan."

Note that today, Tovmasyan publicly demanded that Arthur Hovhannisyan be required to undergo mandatory drug tests every day before entering the National Assembly, with the results being public.
