The circus was so closed that they started making monkey business in the streets. This was stated by the Speaker of the National Assembly, Alen Simonian, on his Telegram channel.
“When publishing such a request, apart from all the figures, it is mandatory to also mention the name of the customer and the price of the service—preferably including VAT, and the exchange rate for cash in rubles at the time of payment,” wrote Simonian.
It should be noted that the Speaker of the National Assembly did not specify what particular inquiry he was referring to.
