Putin on Relations with Baku

We attach great importance to our allied relations with Baku. This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin in a congratulatory letter addressed to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.

“I am confident that through our joint efforts, we will continue to systematically promote effective cooperation in all areas, as well as coordinate efforts on regional issues, which undoubtedly aligns with the interests of our friendly peoples and contributes to strengthening security and stability in the South Caucasus and the Caspian Sea,” Putin noted.
