Gyumri Memorial Reconstruction Presented as Demolition by Galjyan

The leader of the Yerevan City Council’s Civil Contract faction, Armen Galjyan, wrote on his Facebook page: "The members of the 'Mother Armenia' alliance, who initially proposed raising public transport fares from 500 to 300 dram, have now outdone themselves by presenting the reconstruction of the Tsitsernakaberd Memorial to the public as demolition. I cannot imagine what else they could concoct, but I am confident that they will achieve even greater 'heights' in that sector."
