VIDEO: Babayan Blames Armenian Authorities for Handing Over Artsakh

We all together handed over Artsakh to Azerbaijan. This statement was made by former commander of the Artsakh Defense Army and former Secretary of the Security Council, Samvel Babayan, during a press briefing with journalists at the National Assembly.

“You too have handed it over by distorting Artsakh for 20 years, and you haven’t allowed anything to be done (along with the authorities),” said Babayan.

He clarified that he is referring to the authorities of Artsakh and Armenia, along with the people. When asked by a journalist whether he includes Nikol Pashinyan in this group, Babayan responded, “Yes, everyone.”

“Are you directly accusing the Armenian authorities of handing over Artsakh?” asked the journalist. Babayan replied, “Of course, who else would I accuse?”
