We must replace the diplomacy of delaying issues with the diplomacy of solving issues because there is a certain formula in our mentality or way of thinking. This was stated by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during the annual working conference of heads of Armenian diplomatic missions abroad.

"If we succeed in postponing the solution to this issue, or any issue, for another month, three months, four years, or ten years, then that is a success. We must understand that if there is an issue, it is waiting for a solution, and the longer we delay resolving that issue..., a greater failure could not occur," he said, emphasizing the need to completely abandon this approach.
