Netanyahu Declares Refusal to Free Hostages at Any Cost

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has announced a refusal to release hostages held by the Palestinian Hamas movement in the Gaza Strip at any cost, highlighting the existence of red lines on the issue.

“There has been much talk in the media about efforts to reach an agreement on the release of hostages, so I want to clarify the situation. We are working to obtain another agreement for the release of hostages, but I emphasize, not at any cost,” he stated.

According to Netanyahu, the Jewish state will not conclude military operations in Gaza to secure the release of the hostages, nor will it withdraw its forces or free thousands of terrorists from prisons.
