Creation of a new governance structure in Gaza will take time. This was announced by U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
“Everyone agreed, including Israel, that ultimately, as this process takes place, Gaza will be governed by a Palestinian technocratic group—neither Hamas nor terrorists—with the support and leadership of an international consortium similar to the Peace Council,” he said.
