The Detention Period of Arthur Sargsyan Extended

The judge Karen Farakhoyan extended the preliminary detention of Arthur Sargsyan, a member of the National Assembly's "Hayastan" faction, for an additional three months.

It is noteworthy that the Investigative Committee has announced that public criminal prosecution has been initiated against 18 individuals among the leaders and participants of the movement under Article 43-308, Part 1 of the Criminal Code (preparation of terrorism) and Article 43-419, Part 1 of the Criminal Code (preparation for seizing power).
