Mkhayel Archbishop Ajapahyan's Diary an Unacceptable Evidence, Says Yerem Sargsyan
The search conducted at Mkhayel Archbishop Ajapahyan's residence was performed in violation of legal procedures, and the diary obtained as a result is considered unacceptable evidence. This was stated by his lawyer, Yerem Sargsyan, during a court session concerning Archbishop Ajapahyan's case.
"A search at a person's residence is conducted in the presence of that person or their legal representative, whereas neither Archbishop Ajapahyan nor his legal representative was present during the search at his residence," said Yerem Sargsyan.
Additionally, during the court session, the public prosecutor revealed the content of Mkhayel Archbishop Ajapahyan's diary, which had been discovered during the search of his residence.
