The Armenia-U.S. Company Will Manage, Not Control, the Road: Pashinyan

The Armenia-U.S. company will manage the road rather than control it. Business management will be implemented. This was stated by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a press briefing.

Referring to the possibility of Iranian trucks crossing the road, he cited the example of the railway managed under a concession principle by Russia. “The railway passes through numerous settlements and roads, and there are dozens, hundreds of crossing points. Armenian, Iranian, Georgian, and European vehicles encounter no problems when crossing this railway because it falls under Armenia's jurisdiction,” he stated.
