According to Aurora News, Arsen Torosyan will be appointed as the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, while Narek Mkrtchyan will serve as Armenia's Ambassador to the United States. It was previously reported that Arsen Torosyan, a member of the National Assembly of Armenia, is resigning from his parliamentary mandate.
