Father of Fallen Soldier's Detention Measure Replaced with House Arrest

The detention measure for Ara Rostomian, the father of fallen soldier Hakob Rostomian, has been replaced with a three-month house arrest, combined with a prohibition on leaving. The house arrest will commence after August 25, following the completion of the two-month detention period.

It is noteworthy that he is also being processed in the case involving Bishop Bagrat and his 17 supporters.

Remember, the Investigative Committee announced that public criminal charges have been filed against 18 individuals from the leadership and participants of the movement under Article 43-308, Part 1 (Preparation of Terrorism) and Article 43-419, Part 1 (Preparation for Seizing Power) of the Criminal Code.
