Russia’s Foreign Ministry on Including Individuals in 'Black List' for Anti-Russian Propaganda and Accusations
Russia has imposed sanctions on several representatives of British media, NGOs, consulting firms, and the expert community. This was reported by the Russian Foreign Ministry.
“In response to London’s active anti-Russian propaganda, which aims to demonize our country and diminish Moscow's influence on the international stage through the promotion of false narratives, along with the continued policy of arming Kyiv's neo-Nazi regime, it has been decided to include several representatives of British media, NGOs, consulting firms, and the expert community in Russia's 'black list',” the statement said.
The ministry noted that among those included are individuals spreading disinformation and unfounded accusations against Russia and engaging in hostile lobbying activities, including those advocating for tightening the West's anti-Russian policies and increasing support for the Kyiv regime.
“The irresponsible efforts of these British propagandists contribute to an increase in risks of destabilizing the global energy market and redirecting Western resources from supporting international development to fueling Kyiv's militaristic ambitions and stimulating its own military-industrial complex. This, in turn, strikes a blow to countries in the Global South that are already feeling the historical repercussions of colonialism and imperialism,” the Russian diplomatic agency stated.
