First Public and Transparent Procurement Process Announced for HETC Needs: Romanos Petrosyan

The first public, inclusive, and transparent procurement process for the needs of the HETC has been announced. This was stated by Romanos Petrosyan, the interim manager of HETC.

“The contracting authority, the ‘Electric Networks of Armenia’ CJSC, invites legal entities and individual entrepreneurs to participate in the open tender for the signing of contracts for the provision of designer functions for the needs of ‘Electric Networks of Armenia’ CJSC, divided into the following 6 lots:

• Lot 1 - Design services for new connections of 0.22-0.4 kV, up to 1000 projects
• Lot 2 - Design services for new connections of 0.22-0.4 kV, up to 1000 projects
• Lot 3 - Design services for new connections of 0.22-0.4 kV, up to 1000 projects
• Lot 4 - Design services for 6-10 kV for overhead lines (OGL), underground cables, substations, and multi-apartment buildings
• Lot 5 - Design services for the construction and reconstruction of 0.4/6/10 kV overhead lines and substations, and distribution networks carried out under the investment program
• Lot 6 - Design services for 35/110 kV overhead lines, underground cables, and substations

2. The requirements for participants in the open tender and a detailed description of the procedures are included in the tender documents.

3. Applications for the open tender must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the address of the contracting authority specified in this notice.
