Export from Armenia to EAEU Increased by 2.4%: Papoyan

In the period from January to July 2025, Armenia's export to the EAEU reached 1 billion 788 million USD, which is an increase of 42 million USD or 2.4% compared to the corresponding figure of 2024. This was stated by the Minister of Economy of Armenia, Gevorg Papoyan.

"It is noteworthy that the growth in the commodity direction of 'floral arrangements, cocoons, and decorative greenery' amounted to 88.7% or 17.2 million USD. This information is significant because some pseudo-experts in the media and social networks are misleading our people by presenting the reduction of gold 'transfers' from Russia to Armenia, then to the Emirates compared to last year, as an economic collapse. In fact, this not only created a zero-sum outcome for Armenia and our population, but also posed risks for the state and business environment," wrote Papoyan.
