The U.S. presidential administration is preparing to send several hundred National Guard troops to Washington. This was reported by Reuters, citing an American official.
A final decision regarding the deployment of troops has yet to be made. Trump threatened the day before to move the homeless out of Washington and jail criminals.
According to the source, President Donald Trump has not yet made a final decision. “The number of troops and their role are still being determined,” the official added.
It is worth noting that the Trump administration is planning to deport up to one million migrants.
