NASA to Establish Base on the Moon

The United States anticipates landing astronauts on the Moon before the end of Donald Trump's presidency, said Transportation Secretary and Acting NASA Administrator Sean Duffy in an interview with Fox News.
According to him, the United States plans to return to lunar exploration as early as next year. He pointed out that NASA representatives will initially not land on the Moon but will fly around it.
“And then, about a year later, we will land on the Moon again. This will happen during Donald Trump's administration... And afterward, we will establish a base, remain on the Moon, and the knowledge gained there will help us reach Mars,” Duffy stated.
