Armen Pambukhchyan Discusses Expected Revenue from J.Lo Concert
Yesterday, I wrote about the minimal expected revenue from J.Lo's concert, which has now become a reality — long lines at the Armenian-Georgian border (by the way, similar lines form during the New Year holidays, but in the opposite direction), dozens of charter flights from Russia, Kazakhstan, and others. However, this post is not about that. This was stated by Armen Pambukhchyan, the Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, on his Facebook page.
In the comments to my previous post (aside from standard abnormalities), I encountered comments suggesting that if Armenia is relying on Jennifer's advertisement, we are doomed. Dear friends, in this era, this is the best way to promote the country, generate tourism, and remind tens of thousands of people on Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms about our country. If we consider that we are a nation standing at the dawn of the world's creation (which the vast majority of the globe is unaware of), the best way for the world to see that there is such an ancient country, now a state, where global stars arrive and modern people create unforgettable days and moments for these stars has to be highlighted.
As a founding member of the political team, I will ask the government to ensure that such initiatives are continuous.
