Water Outages in Several Communities: Veolia Water's Clarification

During this abnormal summer heat, frequent water supply disruptions are being recorded in Yerevan and various regions. Citizens have reported this to Auroranews.

Currently, there are water outages occurring in the communities of Djervajh, Norq-Maras, Nor Nork, Avan, Erebuni, and Kanaker-Zeytun. Residents have even stated in conversations with us that the Katnaghbyur reservoir providing water to these areas has dried up.

Auroranews contacted Veolia Water, where they denied these reports while also stating that a major accident has occurred on the water supply line. Emergency repair works are being carried out.
