Egalite LLC vs. TRA

On July 31, the Administrative Court will announce a decision presided over by Judge Daniel Danielyan regarding the lawsuit filed by Egalite LLC (Case No: VD/9358/05/25) against the Television and Radio Commission. The company seeks to invalidate the Commission's Decision No. 68-A, dated May 27, 2025, which recognized a winner in the capital broadcasting competition for the use of the 106.9 frequency for auditory programs and granted a license.

During the judicial proceedings, Egalite LLC presented arguments and documents that are significant for assessing the legality of the telecommunications competition results.

Respectfully awaiting the court's decision, Egalite LLC hopes that it will be based solely on the principles of law, equality, and transparency.
