Eight Earthquakes Recorded in Kamchatka Within One Hour

Eight earthquakes have been registered near the shores of Kamchatka within one hour. This information was reported by the Kamchatka branch of the Unified Geophysical Service of the Russian Academy of Sciences, according to TASS.

According to seismologists, the magnitudes of the earthquakes ranged from 4.5 to 6.7. It was noted that the intensity of the tremors was rated at 2-3 on the Richter scale.

It is reminded that after the strong earthquake of 8.7 magnitude in Kamchatka, aftershocks are expected.
