Earthquake in Armenia

On July 20 at 23:27 local time (19:27 GMT), an earthquake was registered by the seismological network of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia at geographical coordinates 40.64°N latitude and 44.98°E longitude, 10 km north of Lake Sevan, with a depth of 10 km and a magnitude of 2.4. This information was reported by the Emergency Situations Department.

The intensity of the underground tremors in the epicentral area reached 3 points. The earthquake was felt in the Gegharkunik region in the villages of Tsovagyugh and Semionovka, with an intensity of 2-3 points.
