Former Community Leader of Kanaker-Zeytun Illegally Transferred Yerevan's Nursery No. 147

The former community leader of Kanaker-Zeytun has illegally transferred Yerevan's Nursery No. 147. This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General.

It was revealed that the community leader, A.K., who was authorized to manage community property by virtue of his office, signed a decision according to which a 141 square meter area of the nursery, considered community property, was transferred to a private company engaged in business activities without any property appraisal. As a result, the community suffered a particularly large loss amounting to 14 million 189 thousand drams.

The case is currently in court.
