Oil Prices Surge Sharply

Oil prices have surged sharply. According to trading data, the price of Brent crude oil futures for October 2025 delivery has exceeded $70 per barrel for the first time since July 18, 2025, on the London ICE exchange.

Data from the exchange indicates that the price of Brent crude has risen by 2.17%, reaching $70.09 per barrel. Brent crude futures accelerated their rise and were trading at $70.35 (+2.55%), while WTI oil futures for September 2025 delivery increased by 2.6%, reaching $67.05 per barrel.
