Britain Attempts to Disrupt Negotiation Process Between Russia and the U.S., Patrushev

Britain, in conjunction with Kyiv, has attempted to halt negotiations between Russia and the United States and persuade Washington to continue aiding Ukraine in its conflict with the Russian Federation through military provocation in the Baltics. This was stated by Nikolai Patrushev, the assistant to the Russian president and chairman of the Russian Maritime Board, in an interview with RIA Novosti.

In his opinion, London’s goal was to incite a confrontation between “two major nuclear powers.” At the same time, Patrushev did not rule out that such provocations could enable England to “stab the United States in the back.”
