Romanos Petrosyan Implements Personnel Changes at HEC

Under the approval of temporary manager Romanos Petrosyan, a series of personnel changes have been made among the senior officials at Electric Networks of Armenia (HEC) based on relevant legal acts. This information has been reported by the public relations department of HEC.

Specifically, Levon Ohanesyan has been appointed as the Deputy General Director and Director of Implementation at HEC, bringing approximately 25 years of professional experience in both public governance and the private sector.

Armen Shahnazaryan has been appointed as the Deputy General Director and Director of Economics and Finance at HEC, also with around 25 years of experience in financial roles within public governance and the private sector.

David Sargsyan has been appointed as the Deputy General Director and Director of Security and Control at HEC, contributing about 25 years of expertise in public governance and security sectors.

Arman Smbatyan has taken the role of Deputy Director of Implementation at HEC and Director of Energy Service in Yerevan, possessing around 20 years of experience in public governance and the private sector.

The objectives of the actions to be implemented under the authority of the temporary manager of HEC include the prevention of risks associated with the intentional creation of an energy crisis, the maintenance of public order, the elimination of potential risks threatening national security, the prevention of concealment of abuses at HEC, and the avoidance of future abuses.
