Lawyer Hovhannes Khudoyan Reveals What Is Being Demanded from Romanos Petrosyan

The temporary administrator of HEC, Romanos Petrosyan, is being demanded to apologize for spreading defamatory information regarding the "Holy Struggle" and St. Bagrat. This was reported to "Factinfo" by lawyer Hovhannes Khudoyan.

"Romanos Petrosyan has publicly made a number of offensive and defamatory statements regarding the arrested supporters of the 'Holy Struggle' and St. Bagrat. In particular, he has labeled them as terrorists, thus creating a negative perception and distorting the truth. We have categorized these statements in our lawsuit as insults and defamation, demanding appropriate accountability," said Khudoyan.

He noted that such statements not only undermine the presumption of innocence but also create a societal atmosphere that contributes to the deepening of a polarized and conflict-filled environment.
